4. After the CFP has been revised, send it to the Executive Editor and the Managing Editor. They will forward a copy to the ACSA News for publication. The Guest Editors are responsible for seeing that the CFP is published in other locations and journals, if appropriate.

5. Once your CFP deadline has passed check with the Managing Editor and have all of the submissions forwarded to you.

6. Using the JAE editorial guidelines, the guest editors review all of the articles received, independently. Authors need at least two peer review reports sent to them. If you use outside reviewers, be sure that all mention of the author's name has been removed. This insures the integrity of the blind peer review process.

7. All articles that you wish to "accept" must be done so conditionally. In other words, the author should be sent a letter explaining that their work has been conditionally accepted pending final approval of the Executive Editor. Be sure that the author has made all of the changes your peer reviewers have suggested before sending them on to the editor. In all cases be sure and send the authors the peer reviews of their articles.

8. Mail all of the accepted articles to the Executive Editor for approval at the same time. Be sure that all articles follow the JAE style guidelines EXACTLY--consult the ON LINE Submission Guidelines. Once she receives the articles, her final acceptance or rejection of the article will be based on the condition it was received.
