• Verify that YOUR NAME does NOT appear in your article

• Submit a PDF. Your PDF should be made with all images with captions included. The PDF will have your document, including abstract, all image files at the end of the document with captions, ALL in one PDF file.

• Verify that no superfluous or redundent files are submitted.

• Enclose a CONTACT INFORMATION SHEET along with your submission package with your name, email address, and mailing address, home phone number, and institutional affiliation-We cannot process your submission without an EMAIL address.

• Verify that YOUR NAME does not appear on any page of your article. If it does, we cannot send it out for our blind review process.
