Welcome to the JAE On-Line, a service to writers and reviewers of articles submitted to the journal. The JAE has for more than 60 years represented the ACSA, the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture, as the flagship publication of this important architecture organization. We welcome comments and suggestions.

The Journal of Architectural Education is published by Blackwell Publishing. It appears quarterly: September, November, February and May, with the September issue being the first issue of a new volume.

The deadline for each issue usually falls six to eight months before publication, and depends upon many factors, including the number of articles already approved for publication, the integration of design work, book reviews, OP ARCH pieces, or a special theme issue.
